I have always been fascinated with lighthouses and photograph them every chance I get. The majority of the lighthouses in Maine are accessible and are in beautiful locations. Most of the following pictures were taken during a recent stay in Maine. East Quoddy Head was taken on a day trip to Campobello, the Roosevelt Cottage in Brunswick, Canada. Each of the pictures on this page are thumbnails that can be clicked on to view a larger image. The lighthouse images are larger then the ones I usually do so you can observe the details of the photographs.

I will continue to take pictures of lighthouses in Maine and post the results on this page. I hope you enjoyed the pictures. The picture I took of Bass Harbor Head Light is one of my favorite photographs. I believe it truly captures the look and feel of the Maine coast.
